LAKE FEST MARKET ON MAIN DATES AND HOURS:
Saturday, June 22nd: 10am-7pm
Sunday, June 23rd: 11am-5pm


*Set up will begin Saturday at 7am. If you are not on the premises by 9am, you may forfeit your space with no refund. *

Applications will be considered on an individual basis by the Lake Fest Market Committee, and they reserve the right to refuse any participant that does not uphold the integrity of Lake Fest.

***We encourage you to apply early as we will limit the number of vendors in a category. ***

Michigan State Sales Tax of 6% should be charged. Artists not licensed may still rent a space and may choose to collect the 6% to send to the state – post-event.

Each Artisan/Group shall leave the condition of the premises equal to or better than found.

Market Vendors agree that exhibits must be in keeping with the family orientation of Belleville Lake Fest. The Committee will be the sole arbitrator in any disputes.



ENTRY:
All Market vendors must submit one (1) photo representative of the products to be exhibited as well as at least one (1) photo of your complete display. A Lake Fest Market committee will review all submissions. We encourage you to apply early as we will limit the number of vendors in a category. All acceptance decisions are final.

DEADLINE: APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED by June 7th.

SPACE ASSIGNMENT:
Vendors not on premises and registered by 9am Saturday, June 22 will forfeit their space without refund. All booth space entries shall be assigned a standard-size booth space of 10’x10’ unless a double booth is requested, paid for, and available. Belleville Lake Fest does not provide electricity for artists. You may not sell, divide, or give space to another participant; space may be shared only if so requested when the application is returned. Vendors must provide chairs, tables and other display equipment. Structures, displays, and literature shall not extend beyond assigned areas and you may not move from your designated area. No sales or “hawking” of merchandise outside of assigned booth space. Booths must be kept neat and attractive at all times. 

Garbage bags will be provided for your use. DO NOT LEAVE DEBRIS ON THE STREET AT CLOSE OF Belleville Lake Fest. Booth must be completely constructed prior to Belleville Lake Fest opening time and may not be removed until closing time. Vehicles will be allowed to enter and unload and must be removed as soon as unloading is complete. All vehicles must be off Lake Fest grounds 30 minutes prior to the opening of the Festival. VEHICLES CANNOT BE PARKED IN EXHIBIT AREA. Parking location suggestions will be provided.

Booths are to remain open during Lake Fest hours. Vendors must be present during the entire event. Vendors must agree to participate in the entire two (2) days of Belleville Lake Fest and be open throughout all scheduled hours of the festival. If you must leave the festival due to an emergency, please notify the Belleville Lake Fest Market Committee. Upon leaving, you acknowledge that you forfeit any monies spent on booth fees, show fees, etc. and you will not be entitled to a refund of any form from Belleville Lake Fest, the Belleville Area Chamber Foundation or any affiliate.

PARTICIPANTS IN VIOLATION OF THESE STATED RULES MAY BE IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED
WITHOUT REFUND OF ANY FEES AND WILL JEOPARDIZE THEIR OPPORTUNITY FOR
PARTICIPATION IN FUTURE BELLEVILLE LAKE FEST AND BELLEVILLE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE EVENTS.

FEES:
Upon acceptance, you will be provided a link to submit your Booth Fee. Non-Profit Booth Space is FREE.
